If you're in the mood for a simple yet tasty dish for dinner, this tuna tart combines the freshness of tomatoes with the richness of tuna and melted cheese. Easy to prepare with everyday ingredients, it will delight both young and old with its Mediterranean flavors.

 1 Natural tuna
 1 Peeled tomato
 1 Onion
 1 clove Garlic
 1 Mustard
 20 White wine
 20 Sour cream
 Salt
 Pepper

Sauté the onion and garlic in olive oil in a skillet (or other).

Add the tuna and diced tomatoes along with the juice and white wine.

Let it simmer.

Add the sour cream.

Simmer again.

To finish, spread the mustard on the dough and place the filling on top. Cover with cheese. Bake for 20 minutes at 210°C (gas mark 7).

    Super tasty! I made it for a gathering at work. I served it cold and everyone loved it! Additionally, even though it's thick, when cut into small squares, the filling holds together well! My suggestion: I made it with 2 fresh tomatoes diced into small cubes, I didn't add any garlic, and I added herbs, basil, salt, and pepper to the mixture, and I sprinkled it with a mix called Persillade.
