A dessert that is all melting, all soft, and so chocolatey that pairs very well with coffee.
Preheat the oven to 150°C (th 5). Melt the chocolate with the butter in a bowl for one minute in the microwave. Add the sugar and mix.
Let it cool, then add the eggs and cornstarch. Grate the tonka bean using a microplane and mix it into the preparation. Stir until you obtain a smooth batter and pour it into a greased mold or one lined with parchment paper.
Place in the oven and let bake for 15 to 20 minutes. Allow to cool before removing from the mold (to prevent the cake from falling apart and the melted chocolate from spilling).
