 85 Egg white
 130 Granulated sugar
 65 Almond powder
 41 Flour
 1 pinch Baking powder
 78 Melted butter
 3 Liquid vanilla

On one side, whip your egg whites into soft peaks in the mixer.

On the other hand, whisk your dry ingredients together in a bowl: sugar, almond flour, and baking powder. Be sure to achieve a homogeneous mixture.

Add this mixture to your lightly beaten eggs in your mixer on low speed. Add the melted butter when this new mixture is smooth.

Add the vanilla at the very end of the kneading.

Let the dough rest for 15 minutes.

Take care to butter your molds if they are not silicone. And fill them two-thirds full.

Level the surface of the financiers with a spoon or your damp fingers.

To finish, bake for 35 minutes at 150°C and enjoy with your eyes closed.
