 10 cornstarch
 1 Mustard
 Provençal herbs
 Pepper
 1 Chopped onion
 20 Almond powder
 1 tomato paste
 1 soy sauce
 Olive oil

In a bowl, mix all the ingredients. Knead by hand until you obtain a uniform dough ball, then shape into small balls.

In an oiled pan, sauté them for 10 minutes and serve hot with a sauce and rice or seasonal vegetables.
