Chocolate croissant ice cream recipe

Original ice cream that you can't find available for purchase, I propose this recipe for ice cream with the flavor of a chocolate pastry, a true delight!

Ingredients
 1 Whole milk
 55 Honey
 30 Raw sugar
 30 Powdered milk
 400 Chocolate Croissant
 20 Chocolate stick
 80 Milk sourdough
Directions

Bring the milk to a boil with the rapadura sugar, honey, and milk powder.

Cut the chocolate pastries into 8 pieces.

Once the milk reaches a boil, remove from heat and add the pieces of pastry, the chocolate sticks, and let everything soak covered for 40 minutes. Add the milk starter and blend with an immersion blender.

To finish, let it mature overnight and the next day process it in the ice cream maker.
