Ingredients
 100 dark chocolate
 4 dark chocolate
 60 extra fine butter
 50 Brown sugar
 2 Flour
 3 whole eggs
 powdered sugar for dusting

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Butter and lightly flour four oven-safe ramekins. Blend four cookies until they are finely crushed.

Melt the butter and 100 g of dark chocolate broken into small pieces in a double boiler, mixing with a spatula to achieve a smooth preparation.

In a mixing bowl, whisk the whole eggs with the brown sugar until the mixture is frothy. Gradually add the flour, the crushed cookies, then the butter-chocolate mixture, and mix carefully.

Fill the molds halfway with batter, then place a cookie and a piece of dark chocolate in the center. Distribute the remaining batter. Bake the fondants in the oven for 15 minutes.

To finish, let cool slightly after coming out of the oven before unmolding. Unmold onto a plate and then dust with a little powdered sugar. Serve promptly. Enjoy!
