A perfect recipe for year-end celebrations. I love to put them in small individual bags and give them as gifts. You can use a pre-made spice mix.

For the Christmas spices
 5 Cinnamon
 5 Nutmeg
 1 Christmas Chocolate
 1 Ground ginger
 1 clove Vanilla
 20 cloves
For the financiers
 150 Powdered sugar
 60 Almond powder
 50 Flour
 150 Butter
 3 Egg white

For the Christmas spice mixture, blend all the ingredients together.

Melt the butter until it becomes brown and let it cool.

In a mixing bowl, combine the powdered sugar, flour, almond meal, and spices. Whisk briefly to evenly distribute the spices.

Add the egg whites, the butter, and mix until you obtain a smooth batter.

Finally, pour into Christmas-shaped molds (tree, snowman, star, figure). Bake for at least 15 minutes at 180°C.
