Good strawberries for this dessert... I only use local strawberries; it’s worth waiting a bit longer. They are more expensive, but it’s essential to support local producers, and they taste so much better! This little dessert cup is a delight; you’ll see!
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Prepare the granola: mix the cereal flakes with the applesauce, dried fruits, chopped nuts, and 2 tablespoons of honey.
Spread the mixture on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper in a compact rectangle. Bake for 30 minutes, stirring twice (reshape into a compact rectangle). Let cool out of the oven.
Wash and drain the strawberries. Cut them in half or into quarters depending on their size. Distribute half of them into four jars. Continue filling by adding Greek yogurt, the remaining honey, and a bit of granola. Arrange the remaining strawberries on top and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
To finish, serve immediately. ENJOY YOUR MEAL!
