A recipe found in my mother's recipe book.
Dissolve the yeast in 125 ml of water.
In the bowl of your mixer equipped with a dough hook, add the flour, dissolved yeast, oil, and salt. Run the mixer until the dough forms a ball.
Let the dough rest for 1 hour.
Roll out the dough on your baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mix the sour cream and the cheese. Meanwhile, sauté the sliced onion and the bacon in a pan.
To finish, spread the cream and fresh cheese mixture over the dough, then add the bacon and onion. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at temperature setting 6-7 (for electric ovens).
