Salmon avocado waffle, a recipe perfect for breakfast or brunch!
Whisk the eggs in a mixing bowl with the salt until the mixture becomes pale. Pour in the melted butter and continue whisking. Add the flour and baking powder, mix, then gradually add the milk while whisking. Cover the bowl with a cloth and let it rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Pour a small ladle of batter in a preheated waffle maker. Close the waffle maker and cook for 2 to 3 minutes, depending on the desired color. Let the waffles rest on a rack for a few moments.
Place a slice of smoked salmon and two wedges of avocado on your waffles.
Add a tablespoon of creamy cheese on top.
To finish, your waffles are ready!
