 50 Brown sugar
 100 Flour
 100 Softened butter
 2 Egg
 4 Strawberry syrup
 2 Baking powder
 15 Strawberry

Wash the strawberries and dry them well. Set aside. Preheat your oven to 170°C. In a mixing bowl, combine the sugar and very soft butter. Add the eggs and strawberry syrup. Add the sifted flour and baking powder. Grease the mold and sprinkle with brown sugar.

Divide this batter into a 20 cm diameter round mold or into 4 small tart molds. Bake for 15 minutes in the small molds, or 30-35 minutes in the large mold.

Once out of the oven, let the cookies cool and remove them from the mold. Decorate the cookie with whipped cream. Arrange the small strawberries and chocolate eggs nicely. Serve immediately.
