Turkish Borek is a specialty of traditional Turkish cuisine. We love this butter pastry and its spicy flavor that takes us on a journey to this beautiful country.
In a heated and oiled skillet, sauté the onion.
Add the garlic and the ground meat along with the parsley and cinnamon. Leave on low heat for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Incorporate the spinach, turmeric, and salt into this mixture. Leave over low heat for 15 to 20 minutes. Set aside this first mixture in a cool place to cool, and once cooled, add the grated cheese.
In a second container, prepare the second mixture: the butter that I melt beforehand, the milk, and the egg.
On your work surface, place a sheet that you brush with vegetable oil and layer 4 sheets on top, brushing each one as you go.
Brush all the sausages again and place them on an oven-safe dish.
To finish, bake for 20 minutes at 200°C. Enjoy your meal!
