A simple recipe for chocolate chip cookies that will delight both young and old, as well as vegans.
Melt the coconut oil.
Mix the flour, oats, baking powder, and sugar.
Add the coconut oil and water to the dry mixture, mix quickly. Then add the chocolate chips. Mix until a well-blended dough forms.
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Shape the dough into balls, then flatten them slightly and bake for about fifteen minutes.
Remove from the oven when the cookies are nicely golden brown, and let them cool on a rack. Store in a metal container or in a glass jar.
To finish Suggestions: You can add crushed hazelnuts, peanuts, almonds, or any other ingredient of your choice!
