Among all my favorite creams, there is dark chocolate cream. Super easy and so delicious! But never forget the presentation, as we eat first with our eyes!
In a small bowl, mix the cornstarch with a little cold milk taken from the 500 ml. In a saucepan, heat the milk with dark chocolate and granulated sugar. Add the mixed cornstarch and heat until thickened, stirring continuously. Then pour the cream into each serving glass and let cool before placing in the fridge.
Before serving, top each glass with some crumbles of meringue (here, there will be egg whites) and a sour cherry in liqueur.
To finish, note: decorate your glasses according to your desires and what you have! Personally, dark or white chocolate cream or caramel spread is the best dessert there is. When my cream is poured into the glasses, I immediately cover them with a wooden board to prevent a skin from forming on the surface. Once the cream is cooled, I place it in the fridge and cover it with the same wooden board.
