Perhaps you know this Ayurvedic drink? The golden latte is a beverage made from milk, spices, and clarified butter, perfect for combating minor ailments of the transitional season. Here is our version, to which we've added a little North African touch: the fat in this recipe is argan oil! If you don't have it on hand, walnut oil will do just fine, bringing the same irresistible toasted flavor!
In your saucepan over low heat, heat the milk.
Add the turmeric, cinnamon, honey, and argan oil.
To finish, use your whisk (or frother) to froth the mixture. It's ready!
