Lightened molten center brookies
Brownie: Mix 2 eggs with 1 tablespoon of agave syrup. Add 75 g of flour. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler and add it to the mixture. Mix. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
To finish the cookie: Mix the egg with the 50 g of yogurt, the agave syrup, and the 50 g of melted butter. Add 160 g of flour, the 70 g of chocolate chips, and the teaspoon of baking powder, and mix. First, put in the brownie batter, add a square of chocolate for the molten center, and cover with cookie dough. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
