 40 Basil
 1 Onion
 1 clove Garlic
 4 Olive oil
 1 Vegetable broth
 50 Water

Peel and cut the onion into quarters and the zucchini into pieces.

Place the onion in the bowl and blend for 10 seconds at speed 5.

Scrape the sides of the bowl with a spatula, pour in the olive oil, and set for 5 minutes at 80°C on speed 1.

Finally, add the zucchini, the basil, and blend for 10 seconds at speed 5. Then add the water, the cream, and the vegetable broth, season, and set to cook for 20 minutes at 90°C on speed 1.
