Discover this recipe for a thin apple tart. This easy and simple recipe yields a very light and fruity dessert to end a family meal on a high note.
Preparation of the dough Roll out the dough (sweet, short, or puff pastry, according to your preference) on a pizza pan or on a rack so that it is completely flat, without raising the edges. Pre-bake for 5 minutes in a hot oven, making sure to prick it with a fork.
Brush the dough with a thin layer of melted butter (previously melted in the microwave) using a pastry brush and spread the sliced apples over it.
Cooking: Coat the apples with the remaining butter and sugar mixed with cinnamon to taste. Bake for 20 minutes (monitor) at 200°C.
