Before devouring it, add a drizzle of olive oil! Don't worry, the pizza won't be oily at all.
Prepare the dough: In a bowl, mix the two flours, dried herbs, salt, and baking soda. Add the olive oil and warm water, and mix to form a ball of dough. Set aside.
Preheat the oven to 240°C. Wash the zucchini and peel the red onion. Cut them into slices.
Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a skillet. Place the slices of zucchini and red onions. Let them brown for a short moment.
Roll out the dough using a rolling pin and spread the tomato sauce. Place the sardines on the sauce. Arrange the onions, zucchini slices, and edamame nicely. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
Bake the pizza for 12 to 15 minutes depending on your oven.
To finish, sprinkle with paprika upon removing from the oven. Enjoy it while hot with a green salad.
