A recipe for buckwheat crackers.
In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, spices, and sea salt. Add the oil and 100 ml of water. Work by hand to form a ball of dough.
Preheat the oven to 170 °C. On a floured surface, roll out the dough to a thickness of 2 to 3 mm. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and roll over them to press the seeds in. Bake for 15 minutes.
Cut the sheet into pieces.
Good to know: these crackers can be stored for 1 week in a metal container.
