I respond to Hlne: 200 ml and 200 g are the same, thick cream is better, but I use 15% cream to lighten it a bit because this dish is very, very high in calories (too bad I would make it more often)! Thank you for your feedback.

A really good recipe to make in any season. I only had 200g of diced ham instead of the 150g indicated, I replaced the 200g of fresh cream with 20cl of liquid cream and used 4 eggs instead of 2 because I wanted it to be more substantial. My husband loved it and so did I.

Super good Super good, it has become a habit to make this recipe, so sometimes I use the cheese as indicated and sometimes I cut it into thin slices. Thank you for this recipe.

Crust plus thick, I doubled the portions and added diced chicken. It’s amazing.
