Discover this recipe for a tarte Tatin made with leeks. Indulgent and delicate, this recipe is also super simple to make!
Preheat Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Preparation of leeks: Clean the leeks and cut them into pieces of about 2 cm. Sweat the leeks in a little oil, seasoning with salt and pepper.
Roll out the puff pastry and generously spread the mustard. Cut out 4 circles that are slightly larger than the tart pans.
Preparation and baking Butter 4 small tart molds, cover the bottom with mustard seeds, place the pieces of leek tightly, then cover with a circle of puff pastry (with the mustard in contact with the leeks). Fold the edges of the pastry inwards and bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
Serve these upside-down tarts accompanied by a green salad.
