Vegan chocolate fondant recipe. We simply replace all animal fats with avocado. Easy and healthy recipe!
Preheat the oven to 180°.
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler.
In the meantime, peel and pit the avocado.
Blend the flesh of the avocado.
In a mixing bowl, whisk the powdered sugar and the eggs.
Add the melted chocolate and the avocado puree. Fold in the flour and the baking powder. Mix the preparation vigorously.
Pour the mixture into the previously greased (vegetable oil) mold.
Bake for about 20 minutes.
Finally, let it cool down or chill before removing from the mold.
