 6 Yellow or white nectarines
 ½ Semi-skimmed milk
 3 Eggs
 90 Flour
 Vanilla extract

Peel the nectarines, cut them into pieces, and let them release their juice for at least 1 hour in a colander.

Preheat the oven to 180°.

Mix the eggs with the agave syrup, flour, milk, and vanilla. Grease your mold, pour in the fruit, then cover with the mixture. Bake for about 50 minutes.

To finish, remove and let cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for several hours.
