 2 Shallot
 30 Butter
 10 White wine
 10 Water
 1 Tomato concentrate
 5 Gherkin
 1 Mustard
 Parsley
 Salt
 Pepper

Chop the shallots and sauté them in hot butter (do not let them brown).

Add the tomato paste, white wine, and water, and simmer for 10 minutes.
