 1 Egg
 110 Whole sugar
 80 Raw cocoa butter
 150 Cereals (oats, barley)
 30 Bitter cocoa
 50 Ground hazelnut
 1 Baking soda
 1 pinch Salt

Dough preparation: in a large bowl, melt the cocoa butter in the microwave for 2 times 45 seconds, then let it melt gently. Add the sugar, the egg, and mix. Then incorporate the dry ingredients and form a ball.

Shaping: using your hands, form a small ball and gently flatten it between your hands. Place it on a baking sheet and repeat until you have made about twenty cookies.

To finish Cooking: bake in a preheated oven at 150°C for 10 minutes. After these initial 10 minutes, slightly flatten the cookies with a spoon and extend the cooking time for another 10 minutes.

    The 'cereals' used should have been small flakes and not large ones like mine; the dough did not look at all like in your photo, and the result is closer to a flapjack than a cookie.
