 6 Green cabbage
 2 Leek white part
 2 Carrot
 2 Potato
 1 Morteau sausage

Preparation of the broth In a large pot, heat 1 liter of water with the chicken broth cube.

Preparation of the vegetables Peel and roughly slice all the vegetables. Gradually add to the heated pot.

Preparation of the sausage: Cut the sausage into slices and add it to the pot with the vegetables.

Cook for about 25 minutes on low heat, partially covering the pot.
