Here is another way to enjoy tomatoes with Provençal flavors.
Start by preheating the oven to 180°C. Prepare your crumble dough: work the flour with the not-too-cold butter and the cheese along with the breadcrumbs with your fingertips until you achieve a coarse powder.
Cut the tomatoes in half and sprinkle each half with salt, pepper, chopped garlic, and parsley.
