Very easy to make, and very good if you love chocolate!
Make a brown butter by letting the butter simmer in a saucepan until it has a nutty aroma over low heat for about 5 minutes, then set aside.
In a mixing bowl, combine the dry ingredients: flour, hazelnut powder, powdered sugar, salt, and baking powder. Then add the unwhipped egg whites. Mix until homogeneous, then add the warm browned butter. Finally, add the chocolate chips.
To finish, place in the oven (in the mold of your choice! I used a mini bundt pan) for 20 minutes at 175 degrees.
