Some beautiful apples to crunch with a few crumbs of spiced cookies, a delight!
Preheat the oven to 180°. Wash the apples and cut them in half. Remove the core without peeling. Cut into thin slices. Set aside in a bowl and drizzle with lemon juice to prevent oxidation. Put in the microwave for a few minutes to soften them.
Roll out the puff pastry thinly to about 25 cm in length. Cut 4 strips that are 5 cm wide. Spread the cookie butter, leaving a 1 cm border. Place the apples overlapping each other. Roll it up and place it in a muffin tin. Sprinkle with brown sugar.
To finish, bake for about 30 minutes. Remove, let cool slightly, and dust with powdered sugar.
