A delicious seafood soup with shellfish! The recipe is very easy to prepare, I recommend it to you!

Ingredients
 400 Cuttlefish
 400 Squid
 400 Shellfish (lobster, langoustines...)
 300 Salmon
 400 Seafood (mussels, clams...)
 1 Dry white wine
 5 Olive oil
 Thyme, sage, pepper
 500 Tomato puree
 Salt and pepper
Directions

Wash the small salmon and cut it into pieces. Wash the squid, octopus, and shellfish. Wash the seafood.

Peel a clove of garlic and crush it. Pour the oil into a pan. Add the crushed garlic and the chili, and let it brown. Add the cut squid and calamari. Sauté for a few minutes and add the tomato puree. Continue cooking for 15 minutes.

Add the shellfish and the fish and let cook for another 15 minutes.

Finally, add the seafood last. Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with thyme and sage. Pour in the white wine and let simmer for 10 minutes.

    Perplexing Very strong in flavor. My suggestion: Lacking liquid (with a glass of wine, you can't make a soup) and perhaps some saffron.
