Red Fruit Savarin Thank you for this recipe; I followed the recommendations and added vanilla whipped cream and fruits. Delicious!

Here is how to succeed with the recipe! Add 60g of melted butter to the list of ingredients. Then proceed as follows: Mix the egg yolks with the sugar and a pinch of salt until you obtain a white foam (beat for about 5 minutes), then add the milk, melted butter, and flour. Incorporate the baking powder (personally, I use the whole packet) and then gently fold in the egg whites. Bake the cake for 25 minutes at 180°C. Enjoy!

So good! I followed the recipe exactly, just forgot to mention that when adding the sugars to the egg yolks, you should obviously add flour and baking powder. I replaced the rum with orange blossom.

Small oversight It seems that there is a missing step between 1 and 2 with the flour, yeast, and milk. However, it is understood without any problem. You just need to add the 3 ingredients after step 1 before moving on to step 2. Thank you for your recipe! My suggestion: The cake can be enhanced in multiple ways. Fruits, whole or halved, various creams...
