Enjoy these cheese and cured ham cigars. We dive into cheese when the temperatures drop!
Take the pastry sheets and cut them in half. Divide the slices of ham into three and cut the cheese slices into four.
Take the half sheet and place the rounded side towards you. Place two pieces of cheese and 1/3 of a slice of cured ham at the bottom of the sheet. Fold the sides of the sheet towards the center and then roll everything up, making sure to tighten it well to limit the leakage of cheese during cooking (it may still leak a little).
Finally, brush the cigars with melted butter and then bake for 10 to 15 minutes in an oven at 180°C. Remove from the oven once the cigars are golden brown.
