A healthy and delicious recipe for roasted cauliflower with honey and chili, Emmental cheese, and cashews.
Preheat the oven to 200 °C. Remove the largest leaves from the cauliflower and wash it.
Mix the olive oil and spices, then generously brush the cauliflower with it, sprinkle with salt, and coat with honey.
Place in a dish with a little water and bake at 200° for about 45 minutes.
Meanwhile, roast the cashews in a dry skillet and cut the cheese into fairly thin slices.
When the cauliflower is cooked, cut it into large florets and divide it among the plates.
To finish, add the slices of cheese so they melt slightly, then sprinkle with cashews.
