 70 Water
 60 Milk
 100 Sugar
 2 Vanilla sugar

Put the milk in the bowl of the mixer, then set to 8 minutes, 90° at speed 1.

Break the eggs and pour them into the bowl, then add the vanilla sugar and regular sugar, and blend for 30 seconds at speed 4. Then pour the mixture into glass jars and cover with plastic wrap.

Place the glass jars in the steaming basket of the Thermomix.

Add water to the cleaned bowl and set the program for 25 minutes on Varoma mode at speed 1.

To finish, let the pots cool to room temperature, then store in the refrigerator before tasting. Then remove the egg custards from their molds before serving.
