Cake
 200 Chocolate
 150 Butter
 75 Flour
 150 Sugar
 4 Egg
Ganache
 100 Chocolate
 1 Thick liquid cream
Directions
1

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Separate the egg whites from the yolks, add sugar to the yolks, and mix until the batter forms a ribbon. Meanwhile, melt the chocolate and butter, I do it in the microwave on medium power for 2.5 to 3 minutes. Pour the chocolate into the first mixture, stir, and add the flour and almond powder (or 75 g of flour!). Mix again but not too much. Whip the egg whites to stiff peaks and gently fold them in, lifting the batter to combine. Pour into a greased and floured cake pan. Bake for 25 minutes, insert a knife to check for doneness. Unmold while warm and cool on a rack.

To finish, make the ganache by melting the chocolate and cream in a saucepan while stirring. Once the chocolate is fully melted, let it cool for 5 minutes to thicken slightly. Cut the cake in half, fill the middle with ganache, place the top back on, and cover the entire cake with the remaining ganache, decorating to your liking. For my part, I only put ganache on the top of the cake!

It is good, but it's not like the picture. It is not easy; I’m 14 years old and I wanted to make it for my mom, and it turned out badly. :3 It is terrible.
