Recipe for Ravioli Gratin with Porcini Mushrooms

AuthorCategoryDifficultyBeginner

A gratin of ravioli with porcini; I had wanted to make one for a little while. The ravioli being a specialty from my region, and when a friend kindly gives me 1 kg of cleaned porcini for my delight, the meal that would follow could only be based on porcini.
