De-li-cious!! I love seafood gratins, and I've been looking for a good recipe to make them myself for a while: I am not disappointed!!

A real success With the whole family, well done! My suggestion: Prepare the day before and cook during the appetizer, did not add cheese.

Delicious Really good. I didn't pay attention to the measurements for the sauce; I made a lot so I could soak it up with the rice: super good! My suggestion: I used lobster bisque instead of tomato sauce as someone suggested: great idea.

With fresh seafood A very simple recipe indeed, but I prefer fresh seafood. My suggestion: Instead of tomato, I add lobster bisque.
