A recipe for summer parfait jars with yogurt and homemade granola, strawberries and raspberries, easy to make! Based on a recipe provided by organic dairy producers.
Prepare the granola: preheat your oven to 165°C.
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl until you achieve a uniform mixture.
On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spread your granola and bake for about 20 minutes, until it is nicely golden. If needed, halfway through cooking, you can stir it to ensure it cooks evenly.
Next, prepare the fruit sauce: blend the fruits with a little water to obtain a smooth and homogeneous sauce.
Layer your yogurt parfaits in jars: pour the fruit sauce at the bottom, then add a generous handful of granola on top.
Add the yogurt, then again a nice handful of granola.
To finish, wash and cut your fruits, then add them on top of the granola.
