This recipe for peas with herbs comes from a chef.
Over very low heat for a few minutes, gradually raise the temperature of your pot.
Place the salted butter in the pot and let it melt gently without being aggressive.
Add the peas and the green onions. Let heat for a few minutes (4 to 5 minutes depending on the size of the peas) covered and serve in a warm deep plate.
To finish, place the cold strawberries and crispy zucchini flowers on the hot peas, sprinkle with herbs and edible flowers, and serve, accentuating the plate with a drizzle of whole milk.
