Pour the olive oil and set for 4 minutes at 90 °C on spoon speed and in reverse rotation.
Add the eggs, cream, cheese, and season. Set for 1 minute on speed 1, reverse rotation.
Finally, pour into individual molds and bake for about 45 minutes at 180 °C.
