 150 Ground beef
 2 Leeks from Normandy
 1 Apple
 1 Bell pepper
 40 Butter
 Salt
 Pepper

Wash and cut the leeks into small pieces, peel the apple and cut it into small cubes.

In a pan, melt the butter, then add the pieces of leek, the cubes of apple, and the ground beef, along with salt and pepper, and sauté everything for 10 minutes.

Remove the seeds from the pepper and stuff it with the prepared mixture.

Finally, bake for 15 minutes at 190°C.
