 2 Eggplant
 1 pinch Garlic
 6 Paris mushroom
 1 dash Olive oil
 1 Morbier
 1 Pepper
 1 pinch Provencal herbs

Preparation of eggplants Cut the two eggplants in half, scoop out the inside of the eggplants, and add a drizzle of olive oil before placing them in the oven for 20 minutes at 190 degrees.

Cooking the ingredients In the meantime, sauté the eggplant flesh (with a little water). Sauté the sliced mushrooms with the garlic in a drizzle of olive oil.

Preparation of the filling: Add the mushrooms to the cooked eggplant, and add the herbs.

Final cooking: Place the filling in the eggplants in the oven, add the cheese, the chili, and return to the oven for 5 minutes until the cheese is melted.
