Ingredients
 3 Tomato puree
 1 Olive oil
 1 clove Chopped garlic
 1 Sugar
 3 Powdered paprika
 ¼ Cucumber
 4 Cherry tomatoes
 1 Dried grapes
 1 Chopped chives
 Lime zest
 Salt
 Pepper
Directions

Wash the cucumber and cherry tomatoes. Cut everything into thin slices. Set aside. Chop the raisins.

In a skillet, heat the oil and brown the garlic. Add the tomato puree, sugar, and paprika. Season with salt and pepper. Cook over high heat for 2 minutes while stirring. Stop cooking as soon as the puree slightly sticks to the pan. Let it cool down.

Cut the slices of bread into rounds, 6/8 cm in diameter. Spread 4 slices of bread with tomato cream. Place another slice of bread on top of each slice. Put the resulting sandwiches into a cylindrical cookie cutter.

Cut the cheese into slices. Carefully layer a few slices of cheese on the bread. Distribute the raisins. Sprinkle with chopped chives.

Arrange additional slices of cheese, followed by the thin slices of cucumber and cherry tomatoes. Sprinkle again with chopped chives and toasted pine nuts. Season with salt and pepper.

Finally, grate the lime over each cheesecake. You can enjoy. Note: you can warm the bread in the oven after spreading the tomato puree.
