Discover the recipe for soft and crispy pizza. It is easy to make and really delicious; the whole family enjoys it every time.
Preparation of the pizza dough In a bowl, place the flour, fine semolina, salt, yeast previously hydrated in water, olive oil, and water.
Rest Knead the dough until it forms a ball, place it in a container, add a drizzle of olive oil, and cover it with a clean cloth or plastic wrap for 1.5 hours at room temperature.
Shaping When the dough has risen well, punch it down and divide it into two balls. Gently stretch the dough from the center to create a nice crust. Do not use a rolling pin.
Assemble by topping the pizza with tomato sauce, mozzarella, olives, or whatever you like.
Bake in the oven for 15/18 minutes at 200 °C in convection heat. The pizza and cheese should be well browned. Finish with some basil leaves on top.
