 3 Zucchini
 250 Melted cheese
 5 Semi-skimmed milk
 2 Egg
 10 Butter
 Grated Emmental cheese (optional)
 Breadcrumbs (optional)

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Wash the zucchinis, remove both ends, and cut them into cubes. In a skillet, sauté them with butter for a few moments to brown them.

Put the jar in the microwave for 1 minute. Stir. In a mixing bowl, beat the cheese with the eggs, then add the milk. Mix, season with salt and pepper.

Place the zucchini in a baking dish and pour the preparation over it. Sprinkle with crumbled thyme.

Add a little grated cheese and a sprinkle of breadcrumbs to get more gratinated zucchini.

Finally, bake for 30 minutes in the oven at 200°C (thermostat 7).

    Excellent recipe, having only one zucchini I used 200 g of boiled potatoes and therefore one egg since I made the recipe for 2 people.

    Great Well, nothing to add, it's so simple that anyone at any culinary level can make it. It's great served with grilled dishes or others, the zucchini goes down easily. However, 25 minutes instead of 30.
