Great! I had never thought of combining the two main vegetables. I am at my in-laws in Athens and I prepared this recipe with salmon for them... they were licking their lips lol!

Organic market vegetables / a few seeds of green anise added / served with the white meat of chicken (previously seasoned with honey mustard and curry) transforms this simple recipe into an exotic and sweet dish - to make again!

Simply excellent, I added spices, garlic, onions, and once the cooking water evaporated, I added a bit of cream, a delight.

Super tasty, and the fennel, which usually has a strong flavor, is mild here. A great mix with carrots and onions. I just added a little bit of crumbled broth cube, some water, cumin, and salt and pepper. Definitely will make it again, and it’s also healthy.

Very good, I add orange juice, black pepper, and salt, and when the vegetables are cooked, I place the salmon fillets on the vegetables and let them cook covered for five minutes. The advantage is that you can prepare the vegetables the day before; it's very easy when you work or have guests.
