Try this leek and tuna pie for a unique and delicious dish. Easy to prepare, it combines the sweetness of tender leeks with the flavor of firm tuna, all on a crispy homemade pastry. Preparation of the shortcrust pastry: dissolve a pinch of salt in water, mix the flour and butter with your fingertips, then add the egg yolk and the salted water. Form a ball and let the dough rest in a cool place for 30 to 60 minutes.
