Be careful with the measurements. There is a mistake in the amount of water... it should be 125 ml because 125 cl = 1.25 l. I made the recipe with 125 ml of water and added 30 g of sugar, extending the caramelization time to prevent the popcorn from getting soggy. I am satisfied with the result: colorful and crunchy popcorn. The kids loved it! Thank you!

Colored popcorn... I should have read the comments first. Indeed, I followed the recipe to the letter, even letting it boil longer, but it never thickened and the popcorn was therefore all soggy. I think it must be ml instead of cl.

I really enjoyed a successful recipe! And after putting them in the oven, they come out nicely crispy. I made 6 colors: red, pink, orange, purple, blue, and green :D Thank you very much.

Amount of water. No, there is no mistake. If you follow the recipe exactly, you will have very good sweet popcorn. My suggestion: After mixing the popcorn with the syrup, it will be moist. Therefore, you need to dry it in the oven.

Disappointing I think there must be a mistake in the amount of water because the syrup is too liquid and in the end, the popcorn is soft and a bit bland. My suggestion: Perhaps use 125 ml of water instead of 125 cl?
