Hyper chocolate, a delicious recipe ideal for a family Easter dessert! Made with a food processor, this recipe is very quick!

For the cake
 125 Butter
 80 Wheat flour and a little for the mold.
 200 Dark chocolate chopped into pieces
 125 Sugar
 1 Baking powder
 4 Egg
For the decoration
 400 Liquid cream 35% fat
 70 Homemade powdered sugar
 100 Dark chocolate
 Small chocolate or sugar Easter eggs

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease and flour a round cake pan (20 cm in diameter), then set aside.

Place the chocolate in the bowl and grate for 5 seconds/speed 10. Scrape down the sides of the bowl using a spatula.

Add the butter and melt for 5 minutes at 80°C on reverse speed.

Add the flour, sugar, baking powder, and eggs, then mix for 20 seconds at speed 4. Transfer to the prepared pan, then bake for 30 minutes at 180°C. Clean and wipe the bowl thoroughly. Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool slightly before unmolding. Allow to cool completely before use (about 40 minutes).

Insert the whisk. Place the liquid cream in the bowl, then whip for 1-3 minutes at speed 3, or until whipped cream is obtained.

Add the powdered sugar, then mix for 10 seconds at speed 3. Remove the whisk. Completely cover the cake with whipped cream and refrigerate.

Make chocolate shavings by grating a chocolate bar using a vegetable peeler and set aside.

To finish, at the moment of serving, decorate your cake with chocolate shavings and Easter eggs.

    Definitely a must-try. Super good, I added some small chocolate eggs on top with a strawberry, and it had its effect! 😊
